Rella Text - Founding Member Offer: Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Terms") for the Rella Text Founding Member Offer ("the Offer") provided by VoxaSystems ("the Company"). By purchasing this Offer, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms.
1. The Offer
The Founding Member Offer is a one-time package designed for our earliest partners. For a single upfront payment of $990.00 USD, the Client will receive:
12 Months of Service: One (1) year of access to the Rella Text "Starter" software-as-a-service plan.
The 5-Minute Lead Conversion Playbook: A digital guide delivered via email upon purchase, designed to help maximize the value of leads captured by the Rella Text platform.
Lifetime Price Lock: The Client will have the right to renew their annual Rella Text "Starter" plan at the rate of $990.00 USD per year for the lifetime of their continuous subscription. This rate is non-transferable and will not increase for the Client, even if standard pricing for new customers changes.
2. Eligibility Requirements
This Offer is specifically designed for established home service businesses. To be eligible, the Client’s business should meet the following criteria:
Operate within the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metropolitan area.
Generate a minimum of $10,000 USD in average monthly revenue over the last three (3) months.
Generate a consistent volume of inbound customer inquiries, defined as a minimum of twenty-five (25) new leads per month.
The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse or refund a purchase if a Client is determined to not be a suitable fit for the Offer's objectives.
3. The 30-Day Revenue Guarantee ("Risk Reversal")
We are confident that Rella Text will be a profitable investment for your business. We guarantee that the platform will help you generate at least $990.00 USD in new business revenue within the first thirty (30) days of your service activation.
Guarantee Period: The 30-day period begins on the date the Client’s Rella Text account is fully set up and the dedicated phone number is activated.
Conditions for Eligibility: To qualify for the guarantee, the Client must:
Complete the onboarding process and provide the necessary information to build the initial AI Knowledge Base.
Actively use the Rella Text service for the full 30-day period.
Prominently display the Rella Text phone number on their business website or primary marketing channels.
Claiming a Refund: If, after 30 days of active use, the Client has not generated at least $990.00 in revenue from leads captured or qualified by Rella Text, the Client may request a full refund. The refund request must be submitted in writing to
support@voxasystems.comno later than forty-five (45) days after service activation and must include reasonable evidence demonstrating that the leads generated did not result in at least $990.00 of new business.
4. Subscription, Renewal, and Cancellation
Initial Term: The initial service term is for twelve (12) months, beginning on the date of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service and to maintain the lifetime price lock, this plan will automatically renew for subsequent 12-month terms at the locked-in rate of $990.00 USD. A reminder email will be sent thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation: The Client may cancel the subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellations must be made from within the billing portal or by contacting support. No partial refunds will be issued for the current term if canceled after the 30-day guarantee period has expired. If the subscription is canceled and not renewed, the "Lifetime Price Lock" is forfeited.
5. Limitations
The Founding Member Offer is strictly limited to the first fifty (50) eligible businesses to purchase. The Company reserves the right to end this promotion at any time once all spots are filled.
